After living in our home for quite some time, my wife and I decided it was time to either buy a bigger house or put an addition on our existing home.  We decided that the best course of action was to look at buying a new home while simultaneously meeting with contractors.  It did not take long for us to start realizing that we were probably going to opt to relocate, but our minds quickly changed after meeting with Dean Miller of Dean Allen Company, Inc.

From our very first meeting until the end of our project, Dean was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and MOST of all honest!!!  He helped guide our vision to reality and make the house we like become the one we loved.  

Dean’s expertise and vast list of connections were extremely helpful throughout the process but most especially during the architectural design process.  He connected us with a gentleman that he had worked

with in the past and they both worked through our countless redesigns and numerous HOA requests.  Once we had all approvals and permits, our project started extremely quickly because of Dean and his associates advanced planning.  Equally impressive was Dean’s attention to detail and his insistence that each trade adhered to the strictest of building processes and refused to let any corners be cut (even ones we thought were ok).  As a homeowner, it is easy to  be focused on the end result and want to rush the process, but Dean never kept his eye off of what was truly important – quality construction.  Dean was always accessible to me and my wife and never complained about our endless calls, texts, and emails.  He always simply replied with a smile and patience.  

Once our addition was complete, we could not have been happier with the results.  Perhaps the biggest compliment I can give is by referencing something that all of our friends and family always say: “I would never know this is an addition if you wouldn’t have told us.  It looks like it was part of the original house.”
